How to delete your data

Ask us to delete your account

Email support@complyvideochecker.in from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”. If you signed up on WhatsApp, include the phone number you used.

What we delete

• Your account, name and email address
• Your uploaded videos, reports and edits
• Your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you exchanged with us

We confirm by email once it is done. Payment records and tax invoices are kept as the law requires, and contain only the details needed for the invoice.

Only stop WhatsApp messages

Send STOP to our WhatsApp number at any time and we will not message you again. Send START to turn messages back on.
