2. 30-Day Quota Access Period

When you purchase or upgrade to a paid plan, your account is credited with the full video check quota associated with that plan. You retain unrestricted access to utilize your monthly check quota and premium features for the complete 30-day billing cycle.

• Your check limit remains active until the 30-day period expires or your quota is fully consumed.
• Unused checks at the end of the 30-day period do not roll over to subsequent months.

3. Plan Expiry & Cancellation

Plans are purchased as one-off 30-day access periods. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate on your payment method, so there is nothing to cancel — your plan simply expires unless you choose to buy another period.

• No further amount is ever charged automatically after a purchase.
• Your plan quota and features remain fully active until the end of the 30-day period you paid for.
• When the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan until you purchase again.
• Partial refunds or prorated credits are not issued for unused time or remaining quota, including when you change to a different plan mid-period.
