1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ComplyCheck AI ("Service"), operated by BOT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Overview & Account Usage
ComplyCheck AI provides AI-assisted video and caption compliance analysis for social media content (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Account credentials must remain confidential. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Subscription Plans & Usage Quotas
Subscribers receive monthly video check quotas determined by their chosen plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency). Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused checks do not roll over to subsequent months.
4. Data Privacy & 48-Hour Auto-Deletion Guarantee
We respect your privacy. All uploaded media files (videos, audio, frames) are automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours of processing. Analytical metadata and text reports remain accessible in your history tab.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
You retain full ownership of all media files submitted for processing. ComplyCheck AI does not claim ownership or license rights to your video content.
6. Disclaimer of Platform Guarantees
Our reports evaluate media against publicly available platform guidelines. While our engine significantly reduces demotion risk, ComplyCheck AI cannot guarantee that third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) will not flag, shadowban, or take down content based on account-level history or external signals.
